Product Description

 Length : Generally, the proper length of the fiber added into concrete is 20 mm, and in the shotcrete is 10mm.

 Ratio Design:
Usually the proper amount of fiber to concrete is 0.9kg/m3, and the water-proof laver of the bridge reauires 1.35-1.8kgm3, and the spray concrete in the tunnelis also the same and other materials remain the same. The rato of Fiber and concrete can be determined by tests for special purposes. The PP Mesh Fiber Fibrillated has beter effects on the concrete with acive compound materials, such as siicon ash, coal powder, ground slag and zeolite powder.

 Mixer Adoption: Double-axle horizontal compeling mixer is better and self-dropping cylinder mixer can be used, too.

 Mixing Process: Crushed stones,The PP Mesh Fiber Fibrillated and sands are put into the mixer in succession. Afer stiring for two minutes, fiber wil fuly spread and then add cementand water and stir normaly. The addiion of materals aiso can be put into as usual, but the stiring time should be properly prolonged to make fiber completely.

Stiring Time: The purpose of the stiring is to make PP Mesh Fiber Fibrillated fuly spread into monoflament or the net fuly spread, so generally the stiring time is 2-3minutes afterthe addition of polypropyene fiber-mesh.
