PP Fiber Hybrid Type
Product Description
1.PP fiber twisted bunchy is a 100% virgin blended copolymer synthetic structural macro-fiber successfully used as an alternative to steel fibers, welded wire mesh and conventional reinforcing bars in a wide variety of secondary reinforcement applications.
2. PP fiber hybrid type is actually a hybrid of two fibers: a standard fibrillated mesh form form polypropylene fiber to reduce and control shrinkage and temperature cracking. A twisted-bunchy form fiber made of strong synthetic copolymer, to increase the flexibility and breaking strength of concrete. It has high break strength, better dispersion and strong combining ability. It is widely used to instead of steel fiber to reinforce the cement concrete and crack-resistant.
Applying instruction
1.Ration and design of the fiber concrete:
Generally the recommended amount to add to the concrete is more than 2.7kg per sqm(0.3% by volume), reinforcement adding amount is 5.5kg, compared with adding 47kg of steel fiber, 5.4kg polymer has the same volume ratio to the concrete.
2.Length:48mm to 54mm for common crack-resistant requirement.
3.Mixer adoption:double-axle horizontal compelling mixer is priority.
4.Mixing process:
Crushed stones, fibers and sands are put into the mixer in succession. After stirring for two minutes, fibers will fully spread and then add cement and water and stir normally. The addition of materials also can be put into as common concrete, but the stirring time should be properly prolonged to make fiber to be completely mixed.
5.Shaping & Maintenance:
There is no special requirement, may along the vibrating time for 30s. The maintenance of the fiber concrete should be done as same as the normal concrete.

Packaging & Shipping
PP Fiber Hybrid Type has two packaging method:
1.1kg each PE bag,10kgs each woven bag,5500kgs/1x20`FCL,13000KGS/1X40`HQ without pallet.
2.1kg each PE bag or water soluble paper bag, 11kgs each carton,9900kgs/1x40`HQ with pallet.
