Polypropylene Fibre Wave Form
Properties:
PP fibre Undee form can be instead of steel fiber in cement concrete for anti-crack. Easy to disperse and construct.
Usage:
1. Suggestion of Additive rate: 5.4kg fibre in one cubic meter concrete. (not less than 2.7kg/M3)
2. Technic of mixture:Put the fibre into detritus first, then put grit to mix for about 2minutes, to make the fibre be dispersed. Then put cementand water to mix as per normal technic.
Strength:
1.Reduces concrete cracking; Improve the tensile strength, flexural strength and fracture strength of concrete.
2.Reduce breakage in the event of an earthquake or other serious natural disaster.
3.Reduction of fatal defects inside concrete; Improve the impermeability of concrete.

Application:
1.It is used for culvert support, natural terrain revetment and other support projects, because it has high bending and tensile strength.
2.It is used for leakage prevention in reservoirs, low-pressure water pipes and basements due to its excellent crack resistance.
3.It is used in high-speed flow areas, such as spillways and rams in water conservancy and hydropower projects, because of its excellent impact and wear resistance.
4.It is suitable for concrete works under seawater corrosive conditions, as it is made of synthetic resin with the properties of steel fibers.
5.It is used in projects that bear live loads, such as highway bridges, railways, etc., because it has excellent properties such as high fracture toughness, tensile resistance, and fatigue resistance
