Product Description

Propylene carbonate is a colorless and odorless flammable liquid. It is miscible with ether, acetone, benzene, chloroform, vinyl acetate, etc., soluble in water and carbon tetrachloride. The absorption capacity of carbon dioxide is very strong and the properties are stable. Industrially, it is obtained by adding propylene oxide and carbon dioxide under a certain pressure and then distillation under reduced pressure. It can be used for oily solvents, spinning solvents, olefins, aromatic hydrocarbon extractants, carbon dioxide absorbents, water-soluble dyes and pigment dispersants, etc.
