Cationic cellulose is a nature furfactant-compatible conditioner used in a broad range of personal care products.
PQ-10 Polymers are cationic water-soluble conditioners, mild and highly compatible with a wide range of anionic, amphoteric, nonionic and cationic systems. Used primarily in hair care applications, PQ-10 polymers deliver light to strong conditioning to hair with a variety of grades, viscosities and cationic degree of substitution. The unique property of PQ-10 polymers is their ability to repaire damaged protein substrates. Hair that has been permed or bleached can be greatly enhanced with just a single application of a shampoo containing PQ-10 polymers.
With good performances of thickening, colloid stability, anti-static and controlled conditioning, PQ-10 polymers enable the formulation of clear surfactant based products with no build up on hair, which can significantly restore the plump and healthy elasticity of the hair. PQ-10 polymers impart skin moisture and lubricity, as well as reduce skin irritation caused by surfactant. They also provide aesthetic benefits like improved wet comb, detangling and elegant after-feel. PQ-10 series is recommended for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, facial cleanser, liquid soaps, lotion and cream.
