Product Description

Polyvinyl butyral resin as plastic products are mainly used in film and sheet;

Extruder is best to use the twin-screw extruder, pre-plasticized, the pre-plasticized material is fed to the single-screw extruder for further plasticizing; The forming sheet is calendered by the hot roller with the adjustable gap temperature of 140ºC, and then becomes the PVB film with uniform; thickness, and then after the heat setting treatment of 60ºC, let it shrink and roll.
