Product Description

Polyvinyl butyral as plastic products are mainly used in film and sheet.
The processing method is PVB resin and dibutyl sebacate kneading, and then extruded with a flat head extruder, the body temperature is generally 130 ~ 140ºC, the head temperature is 140 ~ 150ºC.
Extruder is best to use the twin-screw extruder, pre-plasticized, the pre-plasticized material is fed to the single-screw extruder for further plasticizing, the forming sheet is calendered by the hot roller with the adjustable gap temperature of 140ºC, and then becomes the PVB film with uniform thickness, and then after the heat setting treatment of 60ºC, let it shrink and roll.
