High Strengh PP Twisted Bunchy Fiber for Concrete Cement
PP fiber twisted beam forming is a kind of concrete additive, using polyolefin as raw material, its rough surface is processed by special parallel thread extrusion and twisting process. It is often used to strengthen concrete instead of steel fiber
High fracture strength, Good dispersion and strong binding force
1. PP twisted bunchy fiber can prevent the phenomenon of concrete shrinkage cracks. Because its elastic modulus is lower than that of concrete hardening, the improvement of crack resistance of concrete is limited, but the toughness of concrete is still improved to a certain extent.
2. PP twisted bunchy fiber can improve the fire resistance of the concrete, at high temperatures, will form a lot of holes in the concrete, so that the water is discharged along the hole, but also to avoid the formation of water vaporization, greatly improve the fire resistance time and grade.
3. Polypropylene fiber has the characteristics of small diameter, large surface area, good dispersion in cement-based materials, acid, alkali, salt and other chemical corrosion resistance, high melting point, non-toxic and so on. It can be widely used to improve the impermeability and crack resistance of mortar, ordinary concrete and high performance concrete, and can also significantly improve the frost resistance, fire resistance, impact resistance, wear resistance and workability of concrete. It mainly changes the physical properties of concrete, and has good compatibility with cement, coarse aggregate and other admixtures.
4. Polypropylene fiber can effectively improve the impact toughness of concrete, the ability to absorb impact energy after initial cracking, extend the fatigue life of concrete, and improve the stiffness retention ability of concrete during fatigue. This characteristic makes polypropylene fiber concrete suitable for pavement and bridge deck engineering.
5. Polypropylene fiber is a kind of high-performance fiber dedicated to concrete/mortar, which can effectively control the concrete/mortar plastic shrinkage, dry shrinkage, temperature change and other factors caused by micro cracks, prevent and inhibit the formation and development of concrete primary cracks, greatly improve the concrete/mortar crack resistance, anti-seepage performance, impact wear performance, increase the toughness of concrete. Thus improve the service life of concrete.
1. Mixing ratio: It is generally recommended that the concrete content per square meter should be more than 2.7kg (volume ratio 0.3%), and the reinforcement should be 5.5kg
2. Length: The usual crack resistance requires a fiber length of 54mm
3.As shown. Mix ratio: The proportion of concrete usually does not change, in order to crack resistance requirements, it is recommended that the polymer fiber and PP fiber mesh in the form of 1:1 volume ratio (per square meter of cement concrete 0.9kg fiber mesh) used in combination.
4. Use: dual axis horizontal forced mixer preferred.
5. Mixing process: the gravel, fiber, sand in turn into the blender. After the fiber is fully developed, add cement and water and stir normally. The added material can be added in the same way as ordinary concrete, but the mixing time needs to be extended appropriately to ensure that the fibers are fully mixed.
6. Styling and maintenance: no special requirements, can be 30 seconds along the vibration time, the maintenance method is the same with ordinary concrete.
