Product Description

the raw material is stainless steel ingot. The ingot is melted into liquid steel at 1500 ~ 1600 ºC in an electric furnace, and then a high-speed rotating melt extraction wheel approaches the liquid steel on the surface of the liquid steel. Many grooves are carved on the melt extraction wheel according to the requirements of the required steel fiber size. When the melt drawing wheel drops to the steel level, the liquid steel is scraped out by the groove, thrown out by the centrifugal force of high-speed rotation, and cooled and formed at a very fast speed. The melt extraction wheel must be filled with water to maintain the cooling rate.
