Micro steel fibers are made of copper-coated steel wire. Micro steel fiber is one of most important materials of RPC and UHPC. UHPC has the features of very high strength, high tenacity, very good durability and volume stability. It is a good and a new kind of construction materials. Micro steel fiber is widely used in the building of high speed railway, expressway, RPC coverplates and UHPC constructional components
Steel fibers are deployed for controlling the deflection and cracking in each member of the structure, and it develops the hardness, tensile strength, flexural and capability of energy absorption. If steel fibers are added to the reinforced concrete (RC) beams, the flexural hardness and flexural strength of cracking RC beams lead to an improved stiffness and ductility when compared with existing RC beams in the absence of steel fibers

1. Dosage: depend on the application and minimum dosage range is 120kg/m3-200kg/m3.
2. Mixing: put sand and stones into the hopper.While turning the sand and stones into the hopper, mix the proper amount of micro steel fiber evenly, and then add the cement.Hang the sand, stones, steel fibers, and cement from the hopper into the mixing table and dry mix for 2 minutes, then add water to mix for 2 minutes.
3. Put the evenly mixed fiber concrete into the carriage and transport it.
4. The concrete pouring and laying should be tamped and compacted.
