When dealing with fillers, the product has high reactivity, good dispersion, good thermal stability, and solves the shortcomings of poor temperature resistance of aluminate ester, sticky, yellow and smoking during extrusion. It is a surface treatment agent for inorganic materials with excellent properties.
1. Polyethylene film: This product is used for polyethylene film, processing starch, talc powder, calcium carbonate, good thermal stability, blowing film does not foam filler easy to disperse, good mechanical properties.
2. Composite materials: can improve the thermal stability of composite materials, surface finish. It can increase the filling amount of fillers, reduce the amount of resin and reduce the cost, and the applicable materials are PP, PE, rubber and so on.
3. 4. Rubber: With TMC-01 kaolin filled rubber, increase the tear strength of rubber, tensile strength, can replace part of the white carbon black.
Place the required fillers or pigments in a high speed mixer, then stir the product at high speed for about 5-15 minutes, and then add the resin and other additives in the original formula. According to the fineness of the pigment filler, the general dosage is 0.5-3% of the weight of the pigment filler, the recommended dosage is 1%, and the best dosage is determined by test.
