Product Description

1. Polyamide resin is a polycondensation polymer with a CONH structure in the molecule, which is usually obtained by polycondensation of dibasic acid and dibasic amine. The most prominent advantage of polyamide resins is that the range of softening points is particularly narrow, and unlike other thermoplastic resins, there is a gradual curing or softening process, which causes rapid curing when the temperature is slightly below the melting point. Polyamide resin has good drug resistance, can resist acid and alkali, vegetable oil, mineral oil and so on. Because it has amino, carbonyl, amide and other polar groups in the molecule, it has good bonding properties for wood, pottery, paper, cloth, brass, aluminum and phenolic resin, polyester resin, polyethylene and other plastics.
2. It has excellent adhesion to untreated PE/PP, good pigment dispersion. It could be applied to printing ink which does not use nitrocellulose.

Application

This  product  is  using  for  gravure ink, it has excellent adhension to untreated PE/PP. Meanwhile, it has outstanding adhesion to treated PE/PP and aluminum foil as well. As printing  ink  applied both to untreated and treated PE/PP,  which  has wide range of adaptability.

Storage

Attention should be paid to damp proof and high temperature.  It is generally stored in the cool and dry ventilated places, and high temperature, solarizing and drenching are forbidden in the course of transporting.
