Polypropylene Fiber Wave Form for shotcrete

 

Properties:

PP fibre Wave form can be instead of steel fibre in cement concrete for anti-crack. Easy to disperse and construct. Our polypropylene fiber is engineered as a high-performance secondary reinforcement solution for concrete and mortar applications. Designed to effectively control plastic and drying shrinkage cracks, it significantly improves the toughness, impact resistance, and long-term durability of your concrete structures. Made from 100% virgin polypropylene, our fibers are inherently resistant to alkalis, chlorides, and chemicals-ensuring reliable performance in harsh environments without corrosion risks.

 

Usage:

1. Suggestion of Additive rate: 5.4kg fibre in one cubic meter concrete. (not less than 2.7kg/M3)

 

2. Technic of mixture: Put the fibre into detritus first, then put grit to mix for about 2minutes, to make the fibre be dispersed. Then put cement and water to mix as per normal technic.

2) 20KG each carton , 9600kgs/1*20 'FCL or 21600kgs /1*40 'HQ with pallet
